I went into this store for help and they did not treat me nicely. I was offered no help. Noah & Kevin spoke to me rudely and they were smiling during my distress. They tried to send me to another branch and it was extremely unprofessional. Please sort your staff out.

Great help and great store! Went in this morning as I was having trouble with my tablet, however Met with Kevin the ASM of the store and with persevering he managed to resolve my dilemma. Very king hearted indevidual recommended this team over at the West end ?

Went in to get an ipad and was allocated an asian origin sales person who from the word go was planning to force sell some Honor tablet even rejecting multiple times. ipad which would cost us 15£ per month was being sold to us for 38£ without any reason and unwanted add ons. When questioned the overpricing reduced the price to 28£ but still added a 12£ add on saying thats mandatory and if wanted to cancel it have to call customer care after 30 days. What kind of nonsense was that !! Finally when checked the add on details send to mail and asked to adjust them he blatantly rejected saying order has been placed already and credit check is going on by making us wait while on call with someone for 10 mins without asking us any details for credit check he assumed we were students and informed that we failed credit check and cannot get any device for 90 days but he can sell his honor tablet somehow !! I was speechless as it cannot be happening but glad I escaped the scam.
Came home ordered online from three store the same ipad along with addon sim for 15£ and credit check was perfect.
Please try to take an action on the person who tried to oversell us first and then scam us with falsifying our details and making us fail credit check so he could sell us some promotional products. Please confirm details before assuming for yourself customer?s income and employment. Such an uncomfortable and dissatisfied experience.

I?ve been in this shop a couple of months ago, on Black Friday to upgraded my phone. Delighted with the professionalism that this team have. All of them helped me. The colour I wanted wasn't in the shop but the manager Gurdas sorted it out in one day. Anare was also extremely helpful and very kind. Very impressed with how he was helping a lady that didn't speak English and he sorted out her problem with a stolen phone. The best Customer service I?ve ever had. Thank you very much

His attentiveness, and dedication truly stood out.there were other employees they weren?t helpful and even didn?t know about store policies.

All student don?t buy anything from this store, they miss sell contracts forcing you to take extra plans saying they will cancel then they say call customer services to cancel a total CON!! Me & my friend both have been conned
