Please don?t buy a new contract from these scammers. Messed up a new contract, no service so can?t validate code to cancel. Fraudulent email and fraudulent phone call to my old provider. Simantra broke every rule in the book for a quick sale.

Finished my contract last year in September 2024 and got my pac number. I was still getting charged so I phoned them in November and they said it was cancelled, missed payments started appearing on my credit score and debit collection company started harassing me for missing payments on a contract that doesn?t exist I got told that it would be fixed 3 times from the call centre but I am going around in circles.
Stay away from these scammers !!
