Saw some beautiful pieces on the window display that had me backpedal for a closer look. I?d been looking for some ?wow? factor jewelry for myself as an upcoming birthday treat, and couldn?t resist coming in to try them on. I received amazing service from Suchvinder, she consulted me perfectly according to my needs without pushing a sale, and showed me plenty of options for chains as I was quite particular. She made me feel very welcome and reassured, and I was absolutely buzzing from how gorgeous the rings and pendant looked on me. After I put them on, I couldn?t take them off.Though I slightly damaged one ring (my own fault for wearing delicate ones in a busy work environment because they?re irresistible to look at), she was great once more when I took it in to get repaired on warranty.I really love the designs here, I was browsing their site with such delight while on the bus that I missed my stop?Worth it!Loving the experience I?m having since discovering this brand ?

Went to spend my money at Thomas sabo as they are a proven name for quality,4. out of the 8 charms bought, have failed at the click on link even though handled as delicately as a new born baby. disappointing quality robustness . and the telephone manner when discussing the matter with the company did not fill me with confidence, after many hundreds of pounds being spent

No friendly vibe as soon as I entered the shop, not very wecoming and quite unhelpful. Shop assistance doesn't want to adjust the bracelet unless I buy it, event though it's an adjustable leather bracelet!!Remeber it's not all about selling....service and your reputation very imporatant too. Customer service clearly not in their DNA!!

Called in for a look with my son on Friday and can without fear of contradiction say that Cat was without doubt the most professional assistant I have encountered in years. She was attentive, informative and a thoroughly helpful, nothing was to much trouble to her and I?m pleased to say that because of this my son was happy to buy his necklace and pendant.
Thank you Cat we will be back again.
