Not been out out in a while but the downstairs The Street Disco is a time to sit or stand and chirp away with pals, get onto the dance floor for a wee boogie and not be too tempted to spin one of the many big disco balls hanging above the dance floor.
The choonz are very disco happy. Although thinking it has lots of potential, with it's brown stone back wall, ambient light, great DJ area, and good peeps.. snapped out of that and got back to being present and merry with friends and positive late night atmosphere. Go and take in a big slice of late night disco cheese in a safe, inclusive joint and thank them for it. Cheers cx

This is the best club!! It has the most fun and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe being drunk and being yourself especially as a younger woman at night!!

I was visiting Edinburgh from NYC and wanted to check out the LGBTQ spots that were recommended to me.
This place was pretty fun.
Lively crowd.
Good food (I had the nachos).
Everyone working there was really nice.
My only small criticism is that for a lone traveler like myself, the layout isn't very conducive to meeting people. Had there been open seating outside, that may have been different, but those tables were well full the entire time I was there, because it was gorgeous outside.
All in, I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the city.

Suddenly refused to be served for no reason. When asked, the bar staff wouldn?t. Later told my friend was too loud, seems like if your face do t fit, they don?t want you in. Wouldn?t come back.
