Lovely ambience, location very near to Haymarket area so easy for trams or buses, easy to book, good communication including form to complete on email which saved time on arrival, friendly welcome and 2 very polite members of staff. We used an Itison voucher but were treated as though we had paid full amount. No hard sell on other treatments or products like some other places used. Particularly liked that girl giving me massage didn't chatter, she respected that I wanted not to talk during massage. Will definitely book again next time we are through in Edinburgh.

My gift voucher was for a facial , head ,neck and shoulder massage was the most invigorating and also relaxing 60 minutes I have had for a while.Already looking forward to my next visit ?

Lovely friendly welcome, super efficient and confident service, painless and relaxing experience overall and the salon surroundings are so peaceful, calm, and relaxed, you'd never think youre in the west end of Edinburgh.Excellent experience, I had a hair removal treatment done which you would think wouldn't be the most relaxing but it was brilliant, painless and overall pretty relaxed! Highly recommend

Had a facial with Lauren and couldn't recommend it enough. Lauren is very professional and talented. During my first consultation she listened attentively, asked questions and explained everything which made me feel super comfortable and in safe hands. My skin looked great and I was super relaxed after the facial. Definitely worth the investment :)
