Was mainly visiting to get wallpaper but couldn?t find and whole section is a mess, by their own admission!
Website says there is stock but they can?t say where it would be. Managed to find after taking thru every bin in the wallpaper section. Seems other departments are possibly similar as bedding says stock but couldn?t find the duvet set we wanted. They need to get organised and some staff (not all) seem rather relaxed in approach!

I don?t normally leave reviews but I must admit I have been really put off by one of your employees called Sharlo. It breaks my heart seeing how she treats all the customers, myself included. Every time I?m in she?s at the cashier desk and from observing her behaviour I must admit I have never seen anyone so rude! Most of the time she doesn?t even say hi, she ask you to move things on the converter belt for no reason, hardly speaks and I?ve just observed her in a middle of serving a customer wipping a table down after she just picked up her items before she paid so made her wait while doing that clearly made the other customer really uncomfortable. When calling you over to the till she says it and pulls faces like she doesn?t want to be there and you?re just a bother to her. Doesn?t say anything when leaving and makes you just so uncomfortable while even standing there. I am not expecting a 5 star service but a simple hi and bye is what is expected.

The sign at the entrance clearly said ?20% off all plants? ? no exclusions. At the till, the discount was refused, and the cashier told me ?the till decides.? The conversation was unpleasant and I was made to feel like I was wrong for asking.
On top of that, the store was a mess ? plants left dry and scattered everywhere, no price labels on many items, random stock dumped in aisles. Disorganised, confusing and not a pleasant place to shop.
I contacted head office hoping for a fair resolution, but was met with cold, generic responses, refusing any responsibility or goodwill. No empathy ? just a flat ?we won?t compensate.? It felt like they were more interested in shutting the complaint down than actually listening.
Very disappointed ? it?s not about a few quid, it?s about trust, clear communication, and basic customer service. Sadly, all of that was missing here.
