Have ordered from here for years and always had excellent service. Until today. Ordered food at 17.30, approximate delivery 45 minutes, I expect that, it always takes a bit of time, but is always worth it. I phoned at 18.50 to ask where it was and was told 10-15 minutes, they phoned driver and confirmed approximately 5-10 minutes. Driver finally turned up at 19.10. Food was warm, naans were cold and in soggy paper bags.
Really disappointed in this experience after so many years of great food and great service.

AVOID. We ordered a delivery and food didn?t come, tried to phone and cancel but staff wouldn?t let us.

Excellent family run Indian takeaway that now offer a dine in option. They only have a few small tables in the front of the shop but it was just what we were looking for and ideal for 2 people. We had the Aubergine Mushroom Jalfrezi and the Chana Chasni with Saffron Pilau rice. Food was delicious and service quick , friendly and genuine. We came across this completely by accident but shall definitely return next time we are in Edinburgh.

We were passing through in a room nearby and found this place for take out. the food was very plentiful and very well seasoned and everything was very tasty. So highly recommended.

Got the special biryani, tasted class. Food is pretty well priced in general. Bloke gave me an extra veg dish on top of everything. Would definitely recommend.

Although Just Eats messed things up which meant our delivery was very late. The lamb methi & mutter paneer etc was excellent, some of the best poppadums I?ve tasted. Juicy n tasty lamb. All not halal or we wouldn?t have ordered ??

Superb Curry after a lot of deliberation, the best lamb Methi, steamed rice and mutter paneer, poppudums, shame you can?t order beer for the app. Just eats not great, but no choice. Saag paneer missing from the menu The Curry Leaf is brilliant though

AMAZING BUTTER CHICKEN! Perfect to take away when hungry late (big hot portion, great value). Super friendly staff :) I will come as often as it takes to put my picture on the wall as the butter chicken girl.
