We had a wonderful birthday meal last night at The Chinese Manor House - Edinburgh. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff couldn?t have done more for us. We will definitely be back. Big shout out to Shona!

Very disappointed in our food. We are vegetarian but our spring rolls delivered had meat in them and shrimp. Vegetables dishes not nearly as good as usual.

Service was great people were really nice but food was terrible. Was not very traditional Chinese food our chicken was battered and fried rice covered in sauce

My girls vegetarian vegetables. It was too spicy for her, but not well seasoned either.

One server (seemingly the manager) was friendly and smiled. The other was miserable and seemed to either hate her job or just other humans in general. Mediocre food which was not finished and massively overpriced?paralleled expense of a London restaurant. No atmosphere dining inside in our visit, but that could be subjective depending on the night of the week, servers working, and a number of other variables. Overall, no rush to return.

We where a group of 15 adults and kids over for Edinburgh Cup football tournament. Called out of the blue to see could they accommodate use, and they did.
Very pleasant staff, nothing was a hassle, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend it ?? thank you

Had the special lunch menu. 2 courses or add a third for a little extra. Well prepared, fresh, and large portions. Great surroundings with a super friendly and professional staff. Very good value for money. Go on in, you won't be disappointed.
