I changed the rating of my review because after a bad review (one star) I was contacted by the owner of the business who offered me his availability and help.This gesture naturally changed my experience with the shop for the better!Thank you very much for your care and attention to my complaints!(Absolutely no help provided and the item I bought I discover after was definitely overpriced.That was a shame!)

Was in Pete's shop for the first time today. I was warmly welcomed. The selection is huge. I was advised attentively and patiently and I found the conversation about the different breweries and beer styles very pleasant and interesting ?Now we're going back to Switzerland with great beers.If I'm back in Edinburgh I'll be back!

Proud regular of the shop. Makes me feel like my coeliac disease doesn't completely hinder me from enjoying my beer! Have a nice wee selection of craft GF beers and a plethora of other kinds.Prices are also comparable to what you'd get them for online so it's nice to see local shops successfully compete with online marketplaces. Oh, and everyone is always super helpful and friendly too! Another plus.

I love shops where the proprietors actively listen to you and genuinely want to help you find something great. Cameron was super helpful, both for selecting local beers and also for recommending some local, independently produced Whisky. (I got a couple bottles of Lochlea as gifts for family.) Great shop. Check 'em out.
