Went to purchase new mattress at this store, parking was easy. Shop is well stocked and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had got we needed and out the door within half an hour, fantastic.

Such a relaxing experience on a Sunday afternoon! Great help from Andrew and we were able to take plenty time to make our choice. Now looking forward to delivery (free to our postcode!) of our new bed. Can definitely recommend the bed shop.

Fantastic service from Craig who showed us around and offered advice and help without being pushy. Ended up with a bed and mattress that we love and got an excellent price and service. During my visit on 31 July 2025 to their shop I explained to Drew my back & hip problems & trying to find a comfy mattress that will suit me. Drew was understanding & very helpful advising me of the best choices of mattresses to get a relaxing & peaceful sleep. I bought the Silentnight Paramount Natural Mattress Double size & got next day delivery too ?
10 days after sleeping on the new mattress I have been getting a deeper & more relaxed sleep ?

We had a good experience at the Bed shop. Drew was very attentive but also gave us time to think things through without any pressure. We finally decided on a mattress but after one night's sleep (or lack of) due to it being too firm we had to think again. The Bed shop very kindly agreed to us returning it and buying another which they delivered that same day. Much happier with the mattress we now have.

Absolutely fantastic service from the Bed Shop yesterday when we arrived at our property to find that a bed base was broken by Airbnb clients and with other people arriving the same day! Suffice to say we had a major problem to deal with! The Bed Shop came to our rescue and replace the bed base with a new one within 4 hours! Would highly recommend!

Today I bought a new mattress at The Bed Shop after receiving very helpful and unrushed advice from Gordon the bed expert serving customers at the time. There was no pressure either with regards to time or to buy. The prices including picking up my old mattress are very competitive. Due to my postcode delivery of the new mattress is free. I bought my bedframe in this store a few years ago and I can recommend highly their friendly and store based customer services.
