Came here to eat and drink something. When we got the menu we were shocked of the prices so we only had a drink. We felt really bad to only get a drink, but i have never seen prices like this for a simple burger. Have no idea if its worth it but we as students did not want to risk it

Went here for dinner with my mother. She's never been to a TGI Friday so thought it was perfect time to experience it. Cocktails were on point and food came quickly, hot and very yummy.

Food quality has gone massively downhill since tge takeover last year. It would be fine for a cheap takeaway, but it falls massively short of the price being charged. Coctails were also not as advertised and not worth the money.
Service was friendly but the low staff levels (presumably to save money) meant it was very slow. You could tell they were over stretched.

Made a reservation and asked the availability of the pancakes deal and they assured me there is. Sat down for 15 mins and the waitress literally threw the drink on the table. 5 more mins gone by (waited a total 20mins), the waitress came back and told us they ran out of pancakes. Could have told us in the first place. Rude and feel targeted.

Booked a table for my husband and myself hoping for a nice meal and a great evening after a day out - got seated and then just sat there for over 20 minutes, not that it was majorly busy - but nobody turned up to even take our drink order - so we got up and left. Wanting to charge 25 quid for a main but completely ignore customers - absolute joke. Would've given zero stars if possible. P.s. menu was absolutely minging just like the table, dirty and sticky, yuck.

Gave 1 as not sure we can give zero. Got seated then we was left to sit around and twiddle our thumbs for 20 minutes. Not even offered a drink or asked what we would like to drink. Got fed up and left after 20 odd minutes. Staff are all kids and did not even acknowledged us. Don't go here

Walked in here just a short while ago and was sat down by the 'host' (female, dressed in black with dark hair in a ponytail)....she said she'd get us some menus and then nothing. Multiple staff walking past us.
No one even interested in taking a drinks order or anything. We waited over 10 mins.
Eventually, as we put our jackets on, we were approached and asked if we were waiting for anything.
We quickly explained we were waiting on menus, etc but that we had decided to abandon eating here due to the atrocious service.
Now sat down ordering elsewhere. Simply appalling.

Very disappointed with the cocktails in TGI cocktails now. Advertisement is totally different than what we got. Glass was different. No garnish and drink did not taste great. Waitress confessed to not being a bar tender. Great. This was a Birthday cocktail session. Not great. On the left was what i got. On the right what i paid for!
