Half the refrigerator/freezer doors are stuck open. I wouldn't trust the quality of a single perishable item in here

Refrigerator doors are open, making the cold chain for the food inside questionable.
The store is very disorganized, and it's unclear what's on which shelf.
There's no informational sign on how to apply for a Club Card. The QR code on the register only works for iOS devices. Staff should be trained on Club Card applications.
Some items are more expensive compared to other supermarkets.

Bit messy in the store with some noticeable empty shelves. Alright variety of meal delas (they haev fruit mains) but very empty at times. Come here if you are rushed and need something quick to eat. Nothing special.

Conviennent as always, however the dirty and sticky floor isn?t appealing. Also rather narrow isles that are always partially blocked with a cart or another. Not the most accessible, regardless of having a mobility issue or not

Never has the item you're looking for. Today it was raspberry jam. How can you operate a supermarket and not have raspberry jam?
Also the whole tyranny of the club card. Those club card discount items aren't actually discounts they are just punitive increased pricing for people who don't hold their evil club card.

Would give it 0 if I could. Avoid at all costs. The queuing system was chaos before, and now they've made it even worse. You have been warned.

Hello, dear store manager,
I came to your country for a touristic visit for 5 days. I stayed at the Starcity Hotel nearby during my trip. I did many activities and everything was great. There is only one thing I want to tell you and it really offended me. The middle-aged blonde haired lady working at the cash register in your store is very rude to foreign customers. She was very rude to me about everything, I asked for a cosmetic product that I couldn't find in your store and she started complaining, Then she gave me a completely torn 5 pound note as cash change, when I said I couldn't accept it she insulted me and threw the exchanged 1 pounds and hit the table. It happened 4 days ago, you can watch it on your cameras.
I kindly ask you to take the necessary action regarding this employee. I will also forward the issue to Tesco General Management. Best regards.

Probably the worst Tesco extra I have ever used. Dirty, fridges that won't close properly (not good for food hygiene) . Staff who were really not interested. Avoid.

If I could I would give it 0 star... Between incorrect price tickets on the shelves EVERY DAY which causes arguments at the tills, useless staff that don't care... What can I say... I hate this shop... Literally every day I end up having to argue with staff because of either incorrect pricing that suddenly costs more at the tills, and then due to staff incompetence when you have a voucher to save money they do something on the till that voids the voucher and u lose the savings

The products are not fresh and some of them are already out of date but they are still on the shelves. Worst experience ever.

Overall good experience, you get almost all your daily needs items like milk, bread, yoghurt, juices, chocolates, fruits, vegetables, baby food, dry fruits and lot of other stuff. They also have beers and wines too. But i didn't get travel adaptor so very less electronic accessories.Milk at around £1 for small bottle. £2 for a bread so prices are okay for daily items. They accept all credit and forex cards. Staff is helping. Not too small and not too big but it's not very compact. Bags are available to carry your stuff. It was quick and was not crowded.

Pretty standard Tesco Express selling all of the usuals.
