me not likey this tesco. because it is too small and i feel suffocated especially in the back bit near the dairy the big obtuse obstructing obelisks obfuscate whats behind them and its not obvious who might be coming.

I've been trying to go to the store a few times lately but it's been closed before 11pm ?.I specifically checked the closing time before I went to make sure it was open but it's been closed when I got there.

The blonde middle aged woman is very rude, she came to myself service and shouted to provide her ID, without greeting or asking please, she should work in a Zoo with animals, not with people in a customer service role.
Never seen such rude customer service before.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staffs working here. I went to the store early April as a tourist and forgot to take back my credit card after shopping. The staffs were so honest and helpful to keep it for me until I find out and go back. Thanks a ton!

There is a better stocked and less expensive Tesco superstore at 7 Broughton Rd right here in Edinburgh. They don?t follow you around like a potential shoplifter and treat you with respect. It?s not that far away even by walking. Try there!

I went in on the 10th of August at 10.30 am. to pick up 2 bottles of protein drinks. Then I waited at the till to be surrounded and watched, cornered. I put down the drinks and went to leave as one of the employees grabbed me as I crossed the security gate. That surprise, surprise, did not go off. When I confronted the manager, he accused me of stealing because his colleague said so. Long story short, these people are willing to assault you for no good reason! Sainsbury down towards Shandwick is a much better, friendlier place to shop.
