Ordered Korma, rice and Peshwari Naan. Told it would be 15-20 minutes. Ready in 15. Curry was very good; rice was perfect and Naan was wrapped in foil before going into bag so bag did not get greasy or in a mess. Naan also had nuts, raisins, dried banana and coconut rolled up inside it. Added this to the curry as a bonus. Naan was really good containing a layer of sweet coconut and ground almond sauce. Not many places do this. Overall very happy. Prices also decent. Staff were also polite. Cannot take a photo as we ate everything.

Curry and rice tasty enough. Papadums were stale and chewy. Naan wasn?t cooked enough so was dense on the edges. Onion bhajis were not good. Tasted like what you?d buy from Tesco - very dry.

I love tandoori tartan that much. I was ment to get haircut but I got this instead cuz it really and fresh healthy. I ran out of money so I couldn?t get both on the same as my mum only gave me 15. Tartan tandoori worth it over haircut. Mum was raging cuz it was before the school photos last year

I've bee coming to tartan tandoori for a number of years, I have never had any issues, food is always hot a lovely and ready for when I want to collect, thw staff are all friendly and it's a busy wee place

Got told we were Liars and he would send driver to check, the man then checked cameras to see that a man was washing the tubs with metal and some must of fell in. We have been a regular for years and won?t be ordering ever again!!!

I deeply regret ordering from Tartan Tandoori. Against my better judgment, I decided to try their pizza despite the unappealing photos online. Unfortunately, the reality was even worse than expected. The pizza was absolutely disgusting - greasy to the point of being inedible and easily the worst I've ever encountered. The quality was abysmal, and I couldn't bring myself to eat more than a bite. This experience has ensured I won't be returning or recommending Tartan Tandoori to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your takeaway needs.

Ordered a large portion of chicken tikka pakora and this is the most ridiculous portion size I have ever received especially paying £7 for this 14 tiny pieces of chicken as the photo makes them look larger than they are, Ordered them without salad so assuming they bulk the box with salad rather than the chicken you?re paying for!!!!! Wouldn?t recommend these to anyone as they don?t taste that good either and are like rubber bouncy balls? PLEASE AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS

If I could give this place no stars, I would. After my 12 hour shift I needed something nice to eat. I really fancied a curry, not something I eat very often... Should have realised when I walked in the guy behind the counter was wearing a t-shirt that was so dirty it looked like it had never seen a washing machine. Got my curry home, there was about 7 bits of chicken and 2 mushrooms. It was watery and had no taste. It must have been the worst thing I have ever ate. Please stay clear of this place.It is the worst place in Edinburgh..

Safely the worst Indian I've had in my life. Ordered via Uber Eats and the delivery was the only good point! Food was barely edible. A bland watery curry with the smallest amount of chicken possible, ghastly bombay aloo (just mushy potatoes in oil) and a weird naan.
