Been buying Swarovski since 1996. Love the products but the service in this store is appalling. Few times been in to purchase but leave without, staff in a empty shop speaking loudly about there private life's. Don't bother to acknowledge you. Sometimes 3 staff on floor yet they provide no service! young mix minority terribly rude, disgrace to the company. Putting of loyal customers loosing out on sales as there too good to say a simple hello and ask if they can help you out. I've stopped visiting this store. Horrible team of people.

Fantastic Swarovski shop, the staff are so helpful Colm and Jade who I have had service from are lovely. Far better than the Buchanan galleries branch in Glasgow in terms of customer care and choice, a different experience entirely.

I had to return a faulty bracelet after the clasp broke. The staff couldn?t have been more helpful, excellent service and so friendly. Highly recommended and I would certainly shop here again.

Beautiful little store in the heart of Multrees walk. Great collection on Atilier fine jewellery collection. Sadly the staff are young and lack customer experience. They can be very loud and unprofessional. Although the jewellery is all plated and will tarnish over time. Fun but expensive.
