So brought my recipet and product into Superdrug morningside. Product was unused and unopened. I was told there were no refunds on unsealed products. I told them to come with me and see but not only were products not sealed they were damaged. Jane, ginger hair, elderly manager was quite rude and shouted at me. As a client Ive only came in with an unused product and recipet it is not my fault that the products are not in fact sealed at all. I just let her get on with it - she obviously has a lot of trouble going on personally. I think there should be a change in Superdrug policy and perhaps Superdrug, Morningside, Edinburgh could offer Jane some support. All other customer service reps were lovely.

Just nipped in for a couple of items and was pleased with the quality and price.
Store is well organised, so it's easy to find things and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Defo won't be back, girl at tills needs to learn to smile, other older lady told me not to be shouting yet told me she was deaf, I didn't shout and have nothing but respect for the deaf.

Went in to get some Xmas presents for my 12yr old daughter and the woman who was working was extremely helpful for me to choose some subtle make up for her and she was really good and explained what types of different foundation would suit her skin. Altogether a nice visit

I was charged four times what I expected. When I checked my till receipt I was told I could not have a refund as there was no manager on shift and that another customer must have moved the price tag on the shelf.
