I got followed around my entire shopping trip and accused of being a shop lifter. And the staff member shouted at me saying all young girls are the same. Please dont go to this superdrug the most recent reviews just prove the staff are horrible here

Got my eyebrows done yesterday the woman herself was really rude just in general and i asked too get my eyebrows waxed she has burned all my eye lids, head and eyebrows cause the wax was far too hot first and last time going there i do not recommend this place at all

I did some shopping here today and while I was checking the smell of the deodorants, a tall woman came and shouted at me rudely and said that they were not testers. I told her that I would buy all the ones I smelled and I did anyway, I shopped there for 200 pounds today. It will definitely be the last time. I really wanted to leave there but I didn't have time and I had to buy the things I needed there. I never recommend GO I was disgraced with my money.

Busy high street store with competitive prices on a wide range of health and beauty products. Has an in-store facial hair threading station. Possibly because of its location and amount of footfall, some of the staff can be a bit abrupt or dismissive, which is sad because I've had mixed experiences over seversl visits - great customer service on one or two visits, but then terrible encounters with belligerent staff on others, enough to warrant mentioning it. A note to all high street stores, we as customers can probably get these products cheaper online, but we come into the store to browse and to support our local shops. At the very least, we should be treated with respect and as human beings. A smile, a warm welcome, and basic courtesy go a lot further in keeping your stores open than any glitzy ad campaign.

ive had 2 seperate occasions where staff were rude/disrespectful.
one being when i went to get served at the till by a male staff and when he asked if i wanted to buy a face mask i simply said no, which he then replied with ?i think you mean no thank you? which he then after muttered ?use your manners? in a really unnecessarily rude way.
one being today which happened; i ordered a perfume to collect and when i went in i told the lady at the desk i had an order to collect and she asked for the name which i gave her, then an email which i showed her which she then said ?the email i said show me the email thats not the email can you show me the email? in an aggressive tone to which i then replied ?that is the email? so she then said ?well not that one the one that says its ready to collect you?re gonna need to wait because its not ready yet? (keep in mind this was my first time ordering so i wasnt aware you needed to wait for a message that says its ready)? in yet again an agressive tone so i then wait and a male staff came up to me and held the perfume as if he were unbothered and didnt want to touch me while handing it and said ?here you go? with a tone of disgust.
i dont know how these staff still have jobs ? maybe youve had a bad day or something annoyed you but dont go and put your annoyance onto the next person. ?

Their closing time should be 8pm at least couple of days a week, like they had before, during the festive season. Closing at 7pm is not ideal for people with busy work life, it restricts them visting.

Got my eyebrows done and the woman had the thread snap on one of my eyebrows but i thought this was fine until i saw the final product when i was home. My eyebrows do not match one has a significant arch and the other does not, it has knocked my confidence and while i can fix it with makeup i went to get them done to reduce the amount of time i need to fill in my eyebrows but now i need to spend much more time evening them out and fixing them? will not be back again and will be going to a proper salon next time i should've known better than trust the service here.
