Of all the subways in Edinburgh, this one is the best. The bread was fresh, the ingredients tasted good but best of all, the sub was made with care! The young man who helped me this evening was fantastic. Asked all the right questions, checked before doing anything and took his time making the subs. Granted, it wasn't busy, but still. Unlike all my previous numerous experiences where the work is terribly sloppy! Very positive experience.

I have ordered from here a couple of times mostly been alright but this time I got a hair on my sandwich ? I know sometimes this can happen however it is not pleasant, looking at all other reviews it doesn?t seem like a great place to spend your money.

The place was okay. But was dissapointed the chicken tika sandwich was cold and lukewarm. So i had the lady heat it up again. It was just her and no one else in the building. And she seemed inexperienced and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Subway have really been dropping the ball as of late and I'm having second thoughts about whenever to go back again in future or not.

A bunch of very careless staff serve people incorrectly. They keep on forgetting items or making mistakes with the order. When you go back to clarify , they give you stupid glances. Just busy in looking after themselves. What a waste of my time!! ????

Just received my order from Uber eats. Order was over 30 mins late. First off, they forgot my cookies. Then I open the wedges, the sauce has exploded. The wedges ratio for over £3 is appalling. Had to put them in the air fryer as they were freezing cold. Then to top it off, look at the state of the toppings on top of the sub. 0/10, would never go here again.

Just overall not a great experience. Wrap wasn?t toasted. Sub was practically empty. And workers looked at me with about ten heads when I asked for the basics like cheese. Then arguing over that it was £0.50 extra. Overall not

Ordered a meal for myself and partner given incorrect drinks chips were still frozen in the middle with no seasoning as ordered food poisoning in a box horrible how bad Subway has got get staff that can cook. When I phoned store I asked to speak to a manager then I got handed to someone who IMPERSONATED being a manager and then told me the manager would be in 15 minutes after stating he was the manager

Spent £30 on a4 6inch subs.None had any vegs in them apart from onions in one, one was supposed to have dorito chips and never. My philly steak never even had cheese! All were dry as hell. Very disgusting....cold slices of salami flung on.Save your money and avoid.

Went today no other person in the shop waited at the counter for two minutes. The guy with the black hair and sweaty look who has been there for years ( god knows Why) ignored me completely no Hello or I will be with you in a minute. I sat down and waited another 5 minutes still no acknowledgment. I left and explained my frustration he said he was on by himself and had an order to do before collection . It is possible to talk and work at the same time and explain to customers your predicament. ( Hello I?m busy just know but will be with you shortly) smile that also helps. This is not the first time this lad should find a job that doesn?t involve customer service.???

Good staff service but as I was ordering there was this young man I would say about 5,11 with Jordan?s as he bragged about them while entering the shop, as I ordered my food he interrupted me by shouting ? THE USUAL MATE? as he slung his red and black lumberjack jacket onto my chair that had been reserved. I stood there in awe as I was rudely interrupted mid order. All the staff seemed terrified of him as they trembled before this beast of a boy while he whipped out his Xoami 11T and logged into his subway app to find that he could save money because of a sub squad. Won?t be back in fear of the boy .

Nice and friendly staff. I love the subway, I always go for the steak and cheese, which is nice.
