Well, how to start.. first, the app, it changed again, like a new app every year or so, and all the points lost on the way with no way to retrieve them.
Second, the food, well, I took the oat/honey bread, I never had anything as dry as that when it was very spongy as per what I remember... I think it was there sitting for the past couple days uncovered to be that dry and tasting old, that dry that when biting on it, it fell down as powder on the floor...
So I'm not impressed at all..

Toilets-no toilet paper and not the cleanest.
4 on till but there were so many delivery orders in that the queue was getting bigger and bigger.
COULDNT understand some of the employees.
Not our best visit, been many times before without the hassle.

Meal deal confusing to say least , basically £7 each for 6 inch, drink and crisps . RIP off , not the staff fault, they are pleasant and friendly.

Man at till (possibly the manager) barked and interrupted when trying to ask questions and give information. Didn?t apply proper discounts and didn?t feel approachable to discuss. Could hear him shouting at staff from one end of restaurant of one of his many trips outside on his mobile phone.

Good point is they at least have some vegetarian sandwiches. Bad point is they don't taste especially good and are expensive.Vegetarian options: Limited and not very tasty.

The place is a tip. Tables and floor needs a good clean, staff very busy serving. But they have to keep place tidy.

Worst subway ever visited. Person assembling sub poured whole pouch of salt at one place. Person on till didn?t understand the deal and charged me £8 instead of £3.99 and whole place is so dirty. Don?t know how they were even authorised to be a food place.

Theres a new way to Subway... Dont. Charging through the nose for a cheap sandwich with fillings which are processed and oftentimes dried out or soggy then smashed together in a rubbishy cut and folded sub so that none of the fillings are layered and half of them end up out the bread. Clearly the staff don't care, the brand doesn't do quality control, and the company are hollow and greedy. At time of purchase the sub, if you can call it that, shown in the picture, cost over 7 quid with a drink.... for a cheap badly made sandwich that was almost inedible. This brand used to be good, but frankly I'd never go back now. And don't even bother with delivery... if that's how they look out the shop van you imagine what they're like an hour late and stuffed in a delivery bag with ten other items? No thanks. The only thing good about subway is the sealed ben and Jerry's and the bottled drinks... because subway had nothing to do with them, and they still rip you off with prices.

Tried to enter the shop at 6.10 this evening but doors were locked. Closing time on the door said 7 and I double checked online - also stated 7. Tried the door again. Could see one guy in the back who could also see me. He walked through to the front and i assumed he was going to come to the door but he stopped behind the till. He appeared to be cleaning everything away. No sign on the door to explain why it was locked and no attempt from the guy working there to explain why it was closed. I could make assumptions as to why but it would make more sense that they at least explain it instead of eyeballing customers trying to enter during opening hours without explanation. Strange experience. Avoid.

Waited 2 hours on an order, phoned them to be met with someone who was unbelievably rude over talking saying I had received it, then spoken to another person on the phone who just cancelled the order. Useless ?
