Food was fine, staff didn?t seem to care that much. The cashier just tossed my sandwich in the wrap towards me instead of handing it to me. Worst of all there?s this VERY ANNOYING beep noise everytime someone opens the door. Like it is VERY LOUD like an actual train station door opening, incredibly annoying and no wonder the place is empty even at 1pm lunch time.

Absolutely rubbish service by the girls present...I guess no supervisor is present as they seemed like students...
Seems like needs some training..
I placed an order for collection and I received it now after half hour of the collection time. I missed my office Christmas lunch while waiting.

Ridiculous doesn?t even cover today. Stood for almost 20 mins to get served, two staff on at lunchtime, ended up walking out, still hungry as I get 60 mins for lunch not all day! Even though there was two people in they were as slow as a tired snail!
Got a pregnant daughter who is loving the footlong cookies at the minute, disappointed wee face was horrible, especially when you?re looking forward to something!! ??
Update? Tried again today (Saturday) now the toaster machine isn?t working. Think I?m just gonna give up on Subway!

I'm changing my old review here, I used to come daily but stopped due to terrible new staff that 1, couldn't speak English (not helpful at all) and they barely put any fillings in the sandwiches and always and I do mean every single day, found ways to get the orders wrong, I started ordering for home delivery as it was too stressful but I stopped altogether due to order after order missing at a financial loss too many orders ie no drinks or missing subs etc.. well... I stood outside today missing subway, saw there was new staff and so went in, spent £20 and had great service from a lovely woman who made me and my wife lovely ft long subs and I'll definitely return once more now the issues surrounding rubbish staff seem to be resolved :-) phew! 10/10 again after months of disappointment

Don?t go here, they?re not doing the 50% off, their scanner is broken. They didn?t even give anyone a heads up so they tried charging full price at the end with the offer advertised all over the store lol I just walked out after they already made the sandwich, it was so awkward and the staff didn?t try to help at all. Go 5 mins down the road to the Subway beside the Cameo, they did the offer no problem and staff were nice.

The manager was nice however, every time he tried to resolve an issue this big lady kept over talking him and never helped my issue! Worst subway in Edinburgh I believe it was his manager and she was just horrible ?
