Quite unpolite staff. When I've ordered 6 inch the person (his name is Dipash) cut the bread very uneven so I got probably 4 inch, then he put only half scoop of chicken (barely any), so when I asked him to put the normal amount that should go on it, he said "no, thats enough, that's how much it goes on it", then he put the waffle fries only because I've asked for it (and it should go on the sub by default). So for what it was 3 bites of sub I paid £5.79. I don't mind the price, but that's not the size I paid for and definitely not the bad attitude customers should receive!

I love Subway because it?s good quality food and a good price. This particular subway I?m sure is great in other times of the day but the day I went I think it was the guys first time so there was a little explaining that I had to be done to make my cheese slice (which then came out slightly burnt).
Would recommend if you?re wanting a quick takeaway subway sandwich at a good price.

Worst subway i have ever been . Impolite staff, especially the main manager/owner whoever that was. We asked for 1 disposable glass for the child to drink water and for that too they asked extra charges. We did not pay. No heater.

breakfast bread with no choice, no vegetables in the bread, coffee only half filled. Toilet closed, not for paid customers. Probably the worst experience since I tried over 50 times in different Subway restaurants.

Waited for 15 mins, show was open but no one was behind the counter, after 15 mins just left the store. Very disappointed

Don?t go there.
Rude staff, don?t even speak English, customer toilet is not open to customers , they refused a pregnant lady to us it, apparently the staff never goes to the toilet during their whole shift ?
Sub was ok, but nothing special.
Music extremely loud.
Poor customer service.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

We visited after 9pm on weekdays, staff said they are closed but it said 10pm on the door. The staff looked annoyed that she had to serve us. Food was good tho.

The saddest subway I've ever had. Stood over 5 mins waiting for the girl to finish doing tasks before she would serve me and my daughter. I asked for a big bombay from the signature series menu and the girl serving me didn't know what was on it. After she toasted it, she closed it, cut it and handed it to me, I asked did she put salad on it, she told me I didn't ask for salad (?). Anyway she reopened it and threw in some cucumber, which isn't on the big bombay, red papers and lettuce..and a sauce, I have no idea what the sauce was, but not what i asked for.
Please train your staff! Considering the price of a 'subway' the customer should at least get what they ask for.

Not a great experience at the subway. Staff was not helpful and also during peak time this was almost empty even though located at tourist spot. Washroom was not working i was told that there is no water as of now. It was not a great experience.

It was just today when I had visited the place I got a student deal from there, there was an a girl whom I knew well, as she is working there for a long (at least since last three months) I am a frequent visitor of this shop, I got my stuff and while billing asked her - is that the amount after the student deal, and then she gave me a rude look and turned the screen without saying anything to show that she has added it in to the student deal. I do understand that these young girl might be working hard to earn but at the same time as a customer experience it was a bad thing! Subway should train its employee on how to deal with the customers! The food, atmosphere and everything else is good!

Untrained staff, really slow, asked for sauce and I was given so much sauce in my sandwich that it can feed 3 other sandwiches! And got almost 2 tbsp of black pepper when asked !
Overall sandwich was inedible
I gave this person pass since he was clearly a trainee
It would be nice if trainee is accompanied by someone experienced

This is the worst and I mean worst subway I've ever been to in my life. Stopped in while waiting for my ride to pick me up. Ordered a veggie delight sandwich. I ask for mustard and mayo and she says there is no mustard. Then I tell her I want all the veggies and she says there is no lettuce. Like what?! Are you kidding me . Lettuce is the main part of the veggie sub. Forget it said. Keep your sub .I don't want it. Bathrooms were out of order and who doesn't have lettuce or mustard and god knows what other veggies she was out of. Your open till 3 am you claim on google but your door says open till ten. Feel sorry for anyone that shows up after ten. You should be closed down permanently. Horrible place and smelt bad too.
