Poor ingridients. Philly steak just with super dry beef and few red peppers. Server been mixing tongs(good luck for allergic people) touching makibgg subs with gloves and touching spotty face by her gloves. Disgusting. Dirty apron into sandwich whike picking other ingridients. Definetly never back there again.

The man closing the shop tonight on 03/02/2025 is very rude and doesn?t know how to deal with customers, he never turned off his kiosks and allowed a lady to order while he was closing then refused to refund her, started arguing with her even though he was fully in the wrong and was even trying to say she was lying about how much she had paid, he needs spoken too on his attitude and lack of customer service, he walked away from her half way through this interaction as well, the women was clearly upset and annoyed and he continued to tell her it?s her fault, he even said ?you know the time? even thought she never knew they were closing and to be honest neither did we as the kiosks are on and look like u can just order on, subway needs to deal with this man, terrible employee!!!!!!

Heard a woman asking for a refund after the employer made a mistake by not closing off the use of the kiosks and refusing to give her the money back. Terrible customer service from this employee, asking how much food she?d bought and stating that *£8 isn?t that much money so he wasn?t going to give her it and to come back tomorrow. I would not be pleased if I was her and I?d been screamed at by an employee that I wouldn?t receive my food or my money back. This happened on 03/02/2025 at 21:30. Do better with your hiring please Subway. This man?s customer service skills were non existent.

Serious Negligence in Food Quality
I am appalled by the experience we had with Subway. My friend and I ordered two footlong rolls through Uber Eats on the 5th of January one vegetarian and one chicken. What we received was outrageous: a bacon roll and a pork roll.
As a strict vegetarian, this was not just a simple error but a violation of my dietary and religious beliefs, which prohibit the consumption of meat. This careless mistake caused severe emotional distress, health issues, and deeply disrespected our values.
Despite our efforts to raise this complaint through Uber Eats, no action has been taken. It?s shocking that a brand as reputed as Subway can fail so miserably in ensuring food quality and respecting dietary preferences.
This isn?t just about poor service; this mistake has deeply impacted our health and shaken our trust in the brand. It?s unacceptable for any food chain to show such disregard for their customers? dietary and religious restrictions.
I will make sure to share this experience widely to ensure that others are cautious while ordering from Subway. Such negligence should not be
tolerated. I sincerely hope Subway takes this matter seriously and ensures that such mistakes are never repeated.

Presumably a staff member that?s needs a bit more training serving today. Timings for hot food was wrong so sat out the oven getting cold whilst the cold sub was prepared. Seriously lacking in sauce on the sub so was very dry.

Service was friendly and helpful
Food was guff; steak sub melt, got home and opened it to see nothing melted, meat was warm and cold throughout the footlong. Will always check it's right before i leave next time, but very disappointed as it was just over £10 ?

Everytime I tried takeaway from this store,
staff are so god damn rude especially a guy called amzad he's unprofessional we were explaining the situation to another member of staff he was swearing in his own language which is not acceptable I felt sorry to walkdown the store once more,
Not only that they usually wont charge extra for sauces the other day I got two sides of hashbrown he charged me for both sauces it's not about the amount but it's unfair to me
I suggest to train your staff and customer service we as a customer can't tolerate this type of behaviour
I understand the work load and the situation, we as a person often get annoyed by few things at work but that doesn't mean you need to ruin someone's day it's a food place satisfaction is important
I would not have created this drama but this isn't happened once this has happened more than two times and by all the staff not a single staff there is well trained it's not about communication skills it's about how you present and respond to a customer
It's waste of time having food in here it's definitely not worth it

Ordered a TOASTED Nacho chicken sub, received a stinking genuinely ice cold uncooked sub, with the ingredients completely spilling out of the sides, with about 3 leaves of lettuce. Actually a sad sight. Arrived 15 minutes late just to add a bit of insult to injury

Been here a few times and compared to other Subway stores, they don't put much salad in the subs. Still tasty, but makes it more doughy.
