This is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious. The server who handled my order has shown the worst possible level of service I have ever experienced. This is not just about a wrong order this has seriously hurt my religious beliefs.
I clearly mentioned my requirements in the order, yet you still managed to completely ignore them and deliver something entirely wrong. After making it crystal clear, you still failed to respect my instructions.
This is not just carelessness it?s disrespect. I am beyond disappointed and deeply offended.

Me and my boyfriend have tried twice to get in to subway (sober both times) and we have been refused entry both times but any time I?ve gone with any female friends we have been accepted every time no question I?ve asked if it because of what we are wearing but every time we where met with blank stares and poor excuses

If you're looking for the worst nightlife experience in Edinburgh, Subway is the place to go. This club is absolutely not worth visiting and is easily one of the worst?if not the worst?nightclubs in the city.
The first issue is the ridiculously long queue. You can stand in line forever, only to watch people who know the bouncers get let in ahead of you. This happens constantly and is beyond frustrating.
Honestly, I wouldn?t recommend Subway to anyone looking for a good night out in Edinburgh. There are far better clubs in the city that don?t come with these issues. If you?re thinking about going, my advice is simple: don?t!

went last thursday which was FREE might i add no entry fee then today 30 minutes ago went in and was greeted with ?try sneak in some where else? and kicked us out even though when i went before last week with my friends there was no entry free and me and my friend were willing to pay the free TODAY and was very disappointed by the treatment of the bouncers very rude
