Not very reliable. Had a Call booked with Staff for Self Assessment. No one called and no one replied to email query about the Call.

I contacted the company by phone as I use to be a client with them a couple of years ago and had a good experience. The receptionist instructed me to fill out the form on their web site. I filled out the form on their web site and no one has contacted me. Not exactly confidence inspiring.
