Stayed at travelodge for 4 days and in all that time every single day this place has a closed there doors before 3, today for example they were open late and then closed for the day at 1.30...
Tell me why advertise times open when staff have no intentions of serving or having an open door for service
Attitude of staff a lot to be desired, without customers there would be no staff or wages so for one try be a little decent and not make a person in your coffee place feel as If when trying to get swerved there putting you out and being a disturbance
I love Starbucks and this was utterly shocking as 1st I have had to deal with such hellish standards
I was more than happy to drive miles to another coffee store than try fight for either service with a smile or a door unlocked..

Online stated it was open until 6pm but turn up and it?s closed at 4pm. Really poor as how hard is it to update your hours online really? Won?t be returning.

The staff are always very polite and quick paced. A nice array of choices as well. What really lets this particular starbucks down is the constant mess. Food all over the floor, bins overfull, and you are made to use toilet roll that is sitting on sanitary bins. Now I personally have mentioned about bins before but no improvements made. Rather dissapointing

Dirty, badly needing refurbed. Server wandering about with headphones on. Kept them on when I tried to order so he couldn?t hear me. At least 10 tables covered with previous customers cups etc. I was the only customer in so not exactly run off their feet. Zero atmosphere and floor badly needing swept and washed. Need to go home for a shower after being in the toilets. No way will I ever be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately the worst Starbucks in the Edinburgh area, building in which it is based a sign of the times very run down and dirty, never one to criticise the baristas but it seems like they do not even get basic training - ultimately it should have closed long ago with the building knocked down and turned into flats.

They gave me a coffee seal in a bag for delivery without a cup holder . Coffee has spilled all over and I?ve come back in for help . Manager seems to not care while customers are slipping on the shop floor !! No customer services skills at all . Meanwhile my customer is waiting for their order !! Not coming back here

This is one of most unlike-Starbucks Starbucks that I've ever visited. Service was surly, bordering on rude, and that permeated to make for a very poor atmosphere in the place. Glad I was just a grab-and-go customer, because nothing was making me want to stay. Next time I'll get a coffee at Straiton.
Kid-friendliness: Big and roomy, caters for kids as well as adults.

They close whenever they like. Turned up a few times when they should have been open and they are closed. Put in collection order via the app, turn up to pick it up and the store is closed. Happened to me twice now and had to go to another store and ask if they could make my drink instead. So they close early and don't think to turn off the click and collect service.
They also charge more for their drinks than other local starbucks stores.

Starbucks dreghorn (Edinburgh) - terrible service. Tried ordering in advance numerous times due to the notoriously slow service inside, and this is still around a 15 minute wait.
On 3 separate occasions now I have arrived at the store for it to be closed during normal hours - no signs up, no explanation, nothing. Terrible Starbucks store.

Just got an order from here, the guy serving (didn?t see his name, but he was an Asian guy) was so lovely and helpful, recommending a customisation for my drink that really improved it. Great staff.
