Awful service! Ordered a sausage roll. When arrived to the house. It was a ham and cheese toastie. With on the bag saying ?sorry we don?t have the roll? with tongue sticking out face. Also number was not working.

I went to this Starbucks for the first time with my partner and won't be returning. The male barista didn't like the custom drink I ordered for myself and made it clear by asking me to repeat the order, pulling a face as I did so, and then repeating my order back to me with shock and disgust. My order isn't even that unusual (just a bit sweeter than most) and even if it was, I don't deserve to be judged and humiliated for it. It was a horrible experience for someone with anxiety and not what I expected from a branch that should be a bit classier.

After they changed the staff, it becomes the most horrible Starbucks I have visited. They use the flat lid for drink with cream on the top. Don?t order any cold brew in this store, you will get one terrible latte or very bitter drink. And they are using the wrong kind of cream for cold brew all the time.

Service great but the huge negative is the cleanliness, specifically the glass on the food counter this looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months!
