Erica who serves me definitely is not a people person, handed her my money held my hand out for my change only to get it slammed onto the counter, not a please or thank you or even much eye contact, whilst waiting for my order I observed she was like this with everyone! Definitely needs to get some customer skills, ah well costa is also in ocean terminal that's where I will be going from now on!!

I had a problem with my phone this morning but I have been going for months and giving them loads of business without issue . The app and device eventually worked The female manager is rude ignorant and policing for no reason . stood over the transaction as if I'M going to scam them no empathetic small talk or anything like that ?? after months of good business also the rude server chucked the receipt on the table , the drink was not made to spec and not well prepared . The managers appear to be rude and entitled and a lot of the staff are unfriendly . They demand names on loads of occasions despite giving it loads of times they have terrible manners also the male manager demands the name like he is doing me a favour it;s actually the other way around in a free market . Most visits have been sub standard to be honest and the ocean terminal is in general unfriendly and not relaxed . I don't if they give this micro agro to all customers or only those who are poc etc don't forget they demand your name . Starbucks would be better off giving everyone an order number . Without carrying on with this process when a fair number of their staff don't seem to like dealing with customers due to being a manopoly .

Made us the wrong coffee by making the iced version which was an easy mistake. They were very apologetic and had no issues making us the hot version.

Not as good as it used to be but I think that is down to most of the shopping centre being under reconstruction

Slightly awkward for people in wheelchair's Service is excellent as they are very helpful with taking your purchase over to a table and making sure its accessible for wheelchair ( moving chairs out the way and table is high) enough for the person so they can get there stuff easier

They struggle to keep on top of things here. Three staff, none of whom are particularly busy, and 6 tables are so covered in dishes no one can actually use them.
