Megan helped us out today. She was very kind, patient and helpful and gave exceptional service. Even helped me with the menu as I?m not a regular Starbucks goer. Truly grateful and loved the pecan recommendation :)

In all of Morningside's cafes, Starbucks always felt the most generic unfortunately. I find its ok - somewhat bitter but still tasty enough. I like the food options, but they aren't exactly all that unique as it's just croissants and the like. Like Costa, nothing really stands out to me here. The staff can be friendly and straight-forward, but more of than not are a bit whatever. I enjoy the atmosphere the most with the deep colours and pleasant music. Overall, more or less a 3.4/5 stars - I recommend it but is rather average.

Beautiful comfy low chairs and the view of Morningside ruined by a big screen. Someone up top needs to think about the customers. We pay for your high salary and you block the view. Yeah, cheers.

When I arrived I ordered iced americano waited 15min after which I asked how long it will take to make it as I was in hurry they said another 5-10min. I?d be happy if someone told me that their long waiting time(20-25min) for a coffee I could just go somewhere else. After all I paid and didn?t get a coffee. I understand that it might be busy it would just nice to know if the waiting time is longer than usual.
