Max is a very good and attentive employee - I asked for adjustments to my order and he did them without complaints and perfectly. He also prepared drinks in an orderly manner making the wait time very limited. Overall, it was a good experience being served my Max.

The server was lovely however with no less than three signs promoting pistachio lattes today 2/12/25 there was none in stock! I was able to order a shaken espresso and it was done nicely. This one is a franchise and when I went a little further away I was able to get pistachio. Wasnt a bad experience just wasn?t great.

Competitors will make this brand obsolete. Starbucks has become a kind of understaffed homeless shelter. This is more a recommendation to customers? think a bit about what businesses you?re giving your money to? I don?t recommend you choose Starbucks because they are clearly desperately squeezing the employees and the customer experience as it relates to cleanliness and product quality has deeply decreased since their inception.

Today I went to this establishment and ordered a latte with soy milk, my usual because I am lactose intolerant. Half an hour later I felt sick to my stomach. I can assure you that it was because my order was not made properly, since it is not the first time this has happened to me, rather it is the third time that I have visited this Starbucks and somehow my order was mess up. I am not asking anyone to stop consuming Starbucks, I just think that someone should check that these types of errors do not occur and for me I plan to walk a few meters more and go to the Starbucks in the middle of Princess, which has never made a mistake with my order.

Terrible experience. Ordered a large latte and it was the wrong size, I asked the red haired girl who was working to change it (as it wasn?t very busy) and she was so rude about it! won?t be coming back here unfortunately.

Staff are so horrible to their customers that I'm actually shocked they're allowed to get away with it. I've overheard them loudly birate people for what their ordering behind the till to each other.Starbucks isn't bad but this venue is terrible for customer service and just human politeness.

I would avoid at all costs.Not only are the toilets dirty, barely light, flooded and blocked with faeces, the locks don?t work properly either.The floor in here is covered in dirt, every table had rubbish on it, and felt really grubby.I also had an extremely negative experience with the staff members.I?m 36 weeks pregnant, and I thought I would come in and get an iced drink for myself, and added extra strawberry syrup in my drink.When I went to collect it, there was no syrup, so I politely asked for it to get made again (I?ve never had to do this)Not only did she just pour syrup into the cup without remaking it, herself and the guy w it curly hair, with a blonde section at the front, proceeded to speak bad about me.They were saying how disgusting it is I?m getting strawberry syrup, how he bets the girl is really angry and ?raging? at me right now for making her do this, and this continued for a few mins. I could still hear them talking about me as I sat down.The fact that I was ?bullied? right to my face is extremely unacceptable and also discriminatory. I sent a complaint through to Starbucks, as I don?t trust any of the staff who are presently there, to take my complaint seriously because of what just happened.Absolutely horrible place - would never come here again.

A truly depressing shop. The coffee is weak and awful, expensive pasties/cake, miserable staff who can?t raise a smile let alone a thank you.
Corporate coffee really is pish.
