Came in here as it was the only place open. I am aware there are loads of independent spots but it was 5pm and they were largely all closed. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was disappointing (see photo). Couple of free tables but all had old cups and were generally untidy (tea split etc)?sat in anyway because I needed to get some work done and its saving grace was the atmosphere - lots of people working and I had a productive hour. Was a shame to only give this place 3 stars because it has the potential to be a really great spot?

My companions and I adore attending this establishment for a quick treat on a Friday after our education of the day finishes. Would definitely recommend to my coffee loving fellows (you can come if you don?t like coffee too, they ask you if you want coffee in your drink so you can just say no thank you) the toilets are exquisite and extremely sanitary.Kid-friendliness: I?m a kid and I think it?s friendly

A small Starbucks on the corner of St Stephens Street with nice opportunities to people watch. The seating downstairs is limited to a few tables by the window but there is more seating upstairs. It always strikes me that this Starbucks is prone to be filled with younger people studying on laptops. Nothing wrong with that although they do tend to take up more than their fair share of table room. That can be a problem in a small branch like this. Staff are nice and they offer all the usual fare.

2nd time I've been in here (thought I'd give it a 2nd chance before reviewing) cappuccino both times really unpleasant, tables filthy and staff just going through the motions. Plenty of independent coffee shops in area so will use them in future.

Pretty much a classic Starbucks, but the view of Stockbridge' streets from the ground floor tables is nice. Good for people watching. I've given the food 3 stars because there aren't any real gluten free choices.

We were there at 4pm today and it seemed that they had joined forces with the garbage strike. Tables not picked up, the bathroom garbage full. We had to clean the table to sit down and a customer who dropped her drink on the floor had it had to pick up. Very dirty and not at all pleasant place
