Busy Saturday afternoon. Only one person working behind the counter. I order a latte and a panini. I get the panini almost straight away. The guy behind be in the queue gets his coffee straight away. 15 minutes later I?m still waiting. I go back to the counter. The guy serving is apologetic. Why just one person when he clearly struggles on his own?

Son (7) left crying for the toilet as they wouldn't let him use it 'for customers only'. Explained he was desperate and would buy something after as the queue was long and he was desperate. Staff couldn't care less. So angry I swore on the way out. Such an awful way to treat anyone.
Will write to HO to complain as Starbucks had many a happy memory for us both but damage is done I won't be back to any of them.
Apology or not they are not getting another penny from me.

Went for a filter at 2pm. Didn't have any not did they want to brew anymore.
Ended up buying an Americanio at twice the price as they never offered the swap. Not my fault you don't have a basic item on the menu.

Been to some cafés in developing countries that don?t make 10% of what this store makes and still provide 10x faster wifi.

If waiting for your coffee for 10 minutes when it's not just is your thing, you're in a right spot!
We hen you mention to the staff you've waited for 10 minutes they'll look you down and say your coffee has been sat there waiting for you.
Once they are you down they'll make you a new one. Totally different to what you ordered. Hold your tongue. They won't like you saying it wasn't a cappuccino you ordered.
Now I remember why I don't support big coffee chains. Thought it would be quick and easy. It was dreadful
