I flying visit to the store yesterday with the family and we were not disappointed, even thought my kids and I were slow at ordering and holding up others ( sorry if you were one of them and your reading this now) the staff were very friendly and patient with us,
After what felt like ages for us to decide what to order the staff got to work making some delicious coffees for me and the wife, also providing the kids with the quick snacks and drinks to keep them going. I never tried using the facilities but the others did and no complaints so they must have been well looked after too.
Credit to the staff for there hard work.
Parking: Unfortunately no parking at the doors but with a little walk you can soon get here
Kid-friendliness: Very polite and patient staff to deal with inpatient and hungry children
Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with this as it?s all on 1 level

A perfectly good Starbucks and top recommend for personal working in the centre of town (or between work, the gym, and a Fringe show).
Open pretty late, loads of space (although can be busy), friendly staff, lots of power outlets and perfectly serviceable WiFi even when busy? it strongly reflects the student vibe of the surrounding University.
Wheelchair accessibility: Large ground level doors. Not power assisted though.

I entered a quiet establishment with one woman being served in front of me, chose my delicious chocolate bars to go & waited for service. I was seen by the male who had served the woman before me but ignored so I moved up to the next till & excusesd myself to any of the other 3 staff who appeared to be doing nothing.
A young woman kindly served me. I tapped my card & was waiting for her to tell me that my transaction had gone through when the original male came up to serve me. I explained what I was doing when the woman turned from further up the counter to say that I?d paid. Furious by now, I asked could she not have told me that & left? how rude! I have never in all my years at Starbucks experienced such lethargy & ignorance from any staff, let alone two!
