This Starbucks has the best view I have ever seen. The staff was friendly, and I got my medicine ball pretty quickly. But better than that, I was surprised that the barista knew what I wanted. She said I don't get that ordered very often, but I can make it. Yeah!!!

The staff were inattentive and unaccomodating. Had it not been for the desire to be able to get an amazing view and photo of Edinburgh Castle upstairs, we likely would have left prior to finishing our drink order.

Was here last thursday in princess street got a Tea and sandwich in sealed packet there was a hair . The manager offered me an other sandwich which i took but couldn?t eat it felt sick . Also got money back for sandwich . Won?t go back these things put you off shame .

Good coffee as always but staff really make this coffee house franchise shine. Really welcoming and helpful, those kind of manners always impress.

We ordered two coffees one late , one oat macadamia late . I don?t want to say many words about. The picture speaks out itself. Bubbly coffees. Lattes have a smooth texture no more than a 0.5 cm foam. these I don?t know what they were obviously not lates. The toilets were dirty with rubbish on the floor , no toilet paper, and the tables full of left over cups. Three people were working behind the bar . With no people queueing . For sure one of the three could have gone around to clean up the mess and refill the toilet papers at least :(

This is a recently refurbished Starbucks. I was there a few weeks ago and it was fine. However on this visit it was filthy. The staff are not cleaning up. The bins are overflowing. It seems that the staff think it is more important to chat among themselves than serve customers or keep the place clean. Terrible.
