Mens toilets are absolutely disgusting, feces stained all over the toilet seat - clearly is never cleaned. If you need to go to a public toilet I highly advise looking elsewhere as even going into the toilet here makes you feel disgusting.

Why does no member of staff ever feel the need to clean the tables? At every Starbucks I?ve been to people just leave the dirty dishes on the table because no trash cans are present. Staff does not clean the tables which makes it look like a mess inside.

I would have to say this branch is characterised by being very, very touristy. Look out for the cute Starbucks-related and coffee-related drawings on the noticeboard from customers hailing from here there and everywhere.

I believe her name was Alina. Lovely girl with amazing
English. I thought she was native here by the way she
spoke. Such an interesting and beautiful person. The
store was 118 Canongate, Edinburgh
The scottish chap who speaks with an american accent is also a very cool Dude!
