Pleasant staff and decent coffee however after three days in a row it truly depends on who makes the drink. I did enjoy them overall however truly day to day it was different daily. Quick turn around and busy location. Lots of food options here many more than American Starbucks for sure. Also they had plenty of pistachio

Pistachios velvet latte was excellent with the white chocolate Pistachios cake.
The hot chocolate is mostly milk very little taste of chocolate.

Was in 16/01 and after ordering was waiting whilst the two girls made an order for 10 coffees. In between two other people who had been behind me received their order before me, at that point I had been waiting close to 15 mins. I then asked why I'm was still waiting, turns out the shorter girl had just dumped my coffee in with the big order and not called my name. When I told her that the taller girl wearing the black face mask then answered back 'we are very busy mam,' as if that's my problem. When I said she shouldn't back chat the customers when it was due to incompetence she shouted after me 'what did you say,' in an attempt to try to embarrass me for complaining. The only person she embarrassed was herself, been here before and she is always unpleasant!

Used to be a nice little stop for coffee and food. Now dated, needs more seating due to the influx of noisy tourists that sit or grab numerous tables for them and their bags to sit at for ages! Service has slowed to only one server and one barista!!!

I drink coffee here every morning before work? This is how I start my day. Only some of the staff has changed but the staff is always smiling. I recommend this place to everyone.

Our experience was tainted by a worker named Andy who commemted that our dog would be "out in a minute" after she barked a few times. A cafe that claims to be dog friendly should not have this attitude towards dogs. We had only been in for a few minutes and our dog quickly settled and stopped barking.

One of the few places open on December 25th, which was incredibly convenient. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere was cozy, offering a nice spot to relax during the holiday. Service was decent, though it was understandably busy. A reliable option when everything else is closed!

Staff were rude & not approachable. No customer service, even when I wanted to alter my drink by adding some cold water to my black americano that they filled to the brim with hot water. They looked at me like I had 7 heads for interrupting their 3 way conversation & they moved so slowly I was baffled. Basic barista training, leave room in a black americano for cold water or ice.

I understand the common rule in café that one must make a purchase to sit and stay, and I have always respected and obeyed this rule. However, today's experience at this Starbucks left me feeling quite offended. Upon entering the shop, my friend and I sat down and began ordering through our phones. Less than 10 minutes had passed since we entered when a staff member approached us ungraciously to remind us that sitting in the café for a meeting without ordering was unacceptable.
I know it was less than 10 minutes because I took a photo of the scenery outside right before entering the shop at 16:00, and we received our drinks at 16:15, which I also photographed. The cafe was not busy at this time, which makes the rudeness even less understandable and reflects poorly on the staff's professionalism.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

The ambiance of the coffee shop is pleasant, however, the interior decor appears to be in need of significant renovation and modernization. It would be beneficial to undertake refurbishment efforts to enhance the overall aesthetics and appeal of the establishment.

Drink was nice and okay price, staff were mediocre. The restaurant was not being up kept despite there being plenty of staff on. Also the restaurant smelt bad.
