The same quality as in all those in the chain that I have been to.
It is particularly quiet considering its location.
Sitting upstairs by the window is something I highly recommend.

We have breakfast here every morning. Excellent service! You make a difference, it's very nice that you ask us about our day and about the city! How important it is to feel comfortable in a place. Very affectionate, we said goodbye with great affection, we will remember them.

Someone forgot making my drink??which I ordered at store just now when they were not busy at all. Only 2 people ordered before. The staff at the counter didn?t printed my order label and didn?t ask me for the receipt. Then she asked me what I waited for? Two female staff looked so unpleasant afterwards.

Sound enough place in which to go Starbucking. Serving area is at Street level with the seating a floor above that (plus a wee bit outdoors). The main thing to know is that it is a busy branch, often to the point of crowded, and it's characterised by the dominance of tourists among the customers.

our experience here is very bad. The service is abominable I strongly advise against this Starbucks. Instead, go to the one further down the street. The lady who served us was extremely rude and unpleasant. flee!

Always making it a point to try a starbucks everywhere I go ... a minute from the Hilton hotel, the food and coffee was good but the service was excellent. I am sorry I didn't catch her name but the barista had very colorful glasses ( they almost looked like the swirls on the cups) and we complimented you. You were nice, professional, funny and so sweet. So thank you !!

Lovely and friendly staff. Was here during boxing day, although there was a queue when I entered, the staff was quick enough to clear the queue. Went upstairs for a seat and hide from rain and cold, ample seats and very glad that their toilet was clean too! Great place to take a break while exploring Edinburgh town

Nice place to see the Royal Mile while enjoying your favorite drink (if you choose well what to order). My rating for the food is based on a caramel waffle latte that did not stand out in its flavor. Of course, the venti measure, served in a cup and not in a paper cup, raises my rating ??
