Why the staff always force to have a drink and food in a take away pepper and cup every single day after 2:00 pm there dishwasher is always out of order that?s why they unable to serve a coffee in coffee mug as per the staff on daily basis, if someone is tracking these reviews comments please it?s my humble request too you please look into it. Why they people denied to give a coffee mug ?

The staff is very rude. it was not yet closing time but he told us to bring the divaf only while we waited for the drink he wouldn't let us sit in the chairs either disappointed

It's nice that Starbucks has become a global standard. Chain coffee shop where I can find filter coffee.

Last day in Edinburgh. I visited before taking the airport bus. The pretty female employee who takes the order looks straight ahead and takes the order, as if she had a bad hangover from the day before. I ordered an iced mocha and an Americano, and the staff repeated my order. However, it is not the price I used to pay every time. Is it more expensive because it?s in front of the train station? I'm a little puzzled.
The barista makes a drink, but the color is strange. It's white mocha. This happens often, whether in Asia or Europe, but this is the first time this has happened even after confirming the order.
Ah... I'm curious. Are they doing this on purpose, or are they working hard and risking their lives for Starbucks sales?
What did I do? Always just eat. I'm afraid I'll be in a bad mood all day arguing with the employees.

Two of the on duty staff members seem to of found it acceptable to point & laugh at a customers infront of me?s appearance. To the person with the stars on your face & the other who was working with Paulo the evening of the 29th September all I can say is; do better, it doesn?t cost anything to be nice.

Awful . I only ordered tea and was standing waiting for 20 minutes while all the other complicated orders were fulfilled. I had to ask if the tea was actually being made before someone actually made them. I almost cancelled the order. Genuinely terrible. The staff seem nice and I'm sure they are overworked and underpaid but it's silly to have to wait that long especially in a train station

We are international travelers. We visited this Starbucks to buy mugs! There are two types of mugs, the ones in Scotland are cheaper than those in Edinburgh. It is said that you can compare prices around the world through the price of a Starbucks mug. We didn't buy anything else, the atmosphere and service were good.

Always a great place to stop for tea or coffee and maybe a snack to keep you going or take a break and relax.
Starbucks always has the same products so you know what to expect, plus the products are always a great taste.
This Starbucks is inside the shopping centre which leads down to Edinburgh Waverley Station.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
