“I've been passing the store on my way to visit a client in Edinburgh for a few months. Decided last week to pop in for a Scotland top for my brother in law who is a big South African (6ft 4). Such a selection I was blown away and my rugby mad son cant wait for a visit. A goldmine for rugby and non rugby fans, such a choice on display when things like Scrum Caps normally come in black or white. It was awash with colours and sizes. Absolutely amazing.....10 Stars ?”

“Visited today, with my daughter, to buy some trail running shows. The guy who served us was amazing (wish I had got his name). He had so much patience whilst she tried on numerous pairs, each one was too bulky or bright pink or just weren't the ones she used to have! If the manager sees this please ask your staff who was service at 5.10pm. That guy deserves medal! Absolute credit to your team”

“Smaller, but well-stocked. Went in the other day to return an item I had purchased from another location and was assisted by the kindest staff. I browsed a little before going to the till and found that the store had the same atmosphere and items as others I had been to which was impressive for its smaller size. My return was swiftly handled, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase shoes or athletic wear as the staff were so kindly.”

“Everything was fine in the end got what I needed but had to change my order, when it came to pay the guy didn't have a clue what he was doing, I asked to pay by card and he rang it up and said that be £35 please, went to tap my card and he said NO ive rang it up now am needing cash for the sale, I only had £20 in my wallet, so asked take 20 cash and the other 15 stick it on my card please, with this he just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.. so after a minute I said mate do you want me to show you what to do?? Silent he said nothing so I then said, will I make your job easier and choose a similar item that's £20 mate, which I did, he then rang that item through so now his till is saying £55 he took my money and said hope there not a problem and you have to bring them back because I can only give you a credit note for the £20 not the £55 with that he opened his till and proceeds to give me £35 back for a item that I never bought in the end and to start with never even gave him any money to start with either.. told him to keep it, really think he thought I was giving him a tip for his service that morning, he may of been tired as the shop had just opened or was it the mad rush myself and 1 other customer walked in at the same time.. 100% il be back soon for a massive shop especially if he's o the tills again could get my shopping for nothing next time all my money back and get a recite just incase i do need to bring anything back.. that last bits a joke.. some staff training my be required...”
