Last week, I purchased a pair of rugby boots for my 12 year old child. They were worn just once for a game, and upon returning, four studs had fallen off, despite having been securely tightened before wearing. Upon visiting the store, neither the manager, Steve, nor the staff member, Jill, offered any assistance. Instead, they promptly dismissed the issue as our own fault. Despite having only been purchased a week ago and worn once, they refused to accept returns or exchanges for the faulty boots. The after sales service was utterly disappointing. To make matters worse, Jill even mentioned my wife yelling in the store, but her voice was significantly louder than ours. Such poor service attitudes are simply unacceptable, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed in Sports Direct as a company.

Best customer service I?ve had in ages. The two guys I interacted with were both lovely, friendly, and really efficient. Guy with a lanyard/dark beard and another guy with dark blonde hair. Helped us find different sizes of shoes to try this evening and got everything sorted quickly. Highly recommend here!

Very disappointed with my experience at this store.
I bought a pair of sneakers for my husband, but the size didn?t fit. When I tried to return them, I was refused a refund ? they only offered a store credit, valid for a limited time, and only for their own products.
The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. No effort to listen or assist, just a flat-out refusal. This was my first time encountering such poor return policies and such an unfriendly attitude toward customers.
Customer support was equally useless ? no one replies to emails, and no one takes responsibility for solving the issue.
To make things worse, the prices here are much higher than on official brand websites. I strongly advise against shopping here ? you?ll pay more and be treated poorly.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Sports Direct. I bought a pair of Reebok trainers a few months ago. When they got dirty, I looked for washing instructions on the shoe but found nothing, no tag, no icon, nothing. I washed them on a cold cycle with standard detergent (the same way I clean other shoes), and the colour changed from grey to a strange green.
I returned to the same store to explain the issue, but the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed ?everyone knows? trainers should only be washed by hand, which is a weak excuse when there are no clear instructions provided anywhere on the product. A bit of responsibility and customer support would go a long way. Won?t be shopping here again.

Bought clothing online and paid for postage. It didnt fit so tried to return it to this store. Was told it has to be returned in the post !!!!!! How ridiculous. No other shop does this. Basically Sports Direct want me to waste more money on postage. Never again. So many other sports suppliers out there. I won't be back

Been in ?Game? a few times now and every time I try and buy a PS5 game they don?t have it in stock but the empty cases are still on the shelf. Went today 17/10/2024 approx 3pm. No staff at the till for about 10 minutes, a female eventually arrived, no apology and was quite abrupt. I never find the ?Game? staff friendly or helpful.

I went to return my Nike shoes today which I bought a couple of months ago. I purchased two of the same shoe, but inside material of the shoe is peeled off in a very short amount of time. Store manager, rudely told me that it is an usage problem not related with manufacturing. He behaved unkind and humiliating.

I have brought a pair of shoes of size 5 from sports direct edinburgh and when i opened the pack at home one was size 4 and one was size 5!Tried to contact the store for more than 50 times and they are not even picking up the call..now i have to go to the store which is nearly 2 hrs from my home?Not understated whats the purpose of publishing a contact number in google?..!!Why don?t they pick the call atleast.??

Copy brand not original very bad experience never refer to anyone just bought shoes of adidas but it a copy of adidas. I will never go again there .scammers.
