Visited this store today and had two separate interactions with staff, both of which felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. I still made a purchase, but the vibe was off and the service colder than the Scottish weather.
I won?t be returning ? now I remember why I prefer to shop online.

I'm somewhat surprised as to the negative comments involving customer service . I bought a pair of trainers earlier today and the attendant behind the counter double checked it was the size I was after and turned out it wasn't so took me to where the trainers are stored and got me the right size. Very helpful chap

It has been a while since I have experienced such AWFUL customer service. Insufficient staff to assist, and when you find someone they make you feel as if you are an inconvenience for them.

If I could give it it no stars, I would but I suppose one would have to do. The staff were incredibly rude. We needed a smaller size but could not get anyone to help us with that. We were told to wait and we did. When the waiting time began to get too long, we tried to get their attention again and the lady in question completely ignored me. My partner tried again and she proceeded to yell at him. It was a horrible experience through and through and we certainly will not be returning. There is no use having great products when your customer service is abysmal.
P.S. - We were there at about 3pm on 8 August, 2025.

Horrible staff... today 31st July 2025,(4.30pm).very bad experience with shoes section man. I have asked to find the pair of a shoes for my child but the man didn't mind, then my wife asked the man about the same shoes pair again, but he didn't help us. So, we didn't buy the shoes from the store and booked online. Very bad experience. Never come back.

The same as every other sports direct. No staff to be found and when yiu find one they're rude. Lady at till was rude. No signs for changing rooms, or which way to queue for till. I didn't see the sign on the door to ask for staff to open changing room and tried opening the door, she tapped the sign passive aggressively. Such rude staff

Absolutely terrible service.
We visited your store today in Princes st. (Edinburgh) as my brother was looking for a pair of running shoes, and we were served by a shockingly rude and unprofessional young woman. She was in a rush, clearly uninterested in helping, and lacked even the most basic product knowledge. I asked for a size 43 for him, and she insisted I had asked for a 42 ? which is ridiculous. I know what size my brother wears, and being repeatedly (and rudely) told that I was wrong was both insulting and unacceptable. Her attitude made the entire experience unpleasant.
We walked out and went straight to your competitor down the road, where we bought two pairs of shoes. Train your staff.

This store scammed me with a return I made. I bought a Jordan sneakers at one of their locations in Paris. I went to this store to return them, they accepted it, but they NEVER refunded me. That's stealing.
