Do not book appointments between 12:00 and 13:30, the staff leave for lunch and you will be waiting. Especially if you have young kids!

Not great at all.
Ordered new varifocals for collection onnthe 24th. Incorrect prescription put in left lens. Now almost a week on and no update about my remake glasses. I was told they would be calling their lab every day to chase these on.
Seriously not impressed.

The test went well the picking up of new glasses went well as a back up to my new glasses I asked for a quote for a 15 pound frame with same prescription but that was ignored and was guided to a frame starting at 70 pound as I had just paid 180 for my new glasses I did want to buy an expensive 2nd pair the girl was very good fitting my new glasses but not impressed by being ignored on the price of frame I wanted for a spare set of glasses

Staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Had a wonderful experience at the Fort Kinnaird branch.
This has been the first time I have needed glasses and was feeling very nervous. The girls who served me were very caring and thoughtful in the whole process and helped me choose a set of frames and sunglasses which I love.
