I had such a great experience here! First of all, all the staff are brilliant! I went to get new glasses and wanted to try contact lenses. Everyone took time to discuss all the options, explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was happening. Jay (I don't know how to spell her name) was my optometrist and she was so great! I felt so at ease with her and she didn't give up to find me the right fit for contact lenses! When it came to finding the right glasses the staff took so much time and care to find what suited me and gave me advice, so that I didn't even feel that I needed to bring someone to help me pick glasses. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any questions or if you're nervous about anything, these lovely people will take good care of you!

Really really happy, I am so impressed with the care and help I received, the lady on the shop floor was so very friendly and helpful went way beyond to make me feel at ease
Being quite a nervous person, not once did I feel like I was going have a meltdown:) during my eye test and puffer test again the lady who tested my eyes, was very patient and listened, normally eye test really confuse me and everything looks the same, but she was super, as was the chap who first took me to do the first checks and the puffer eye check
EXCELLENT all round went back to collect my glasses today
And I seen the same lady which I am grateful for,
