Great opticians. Very thorough tests and wide choice of frames. I have been going to Specsavers in Shandwick Place since the 1990s. All the staff over the years have been brilliant with a wide range of frames at very manageable prices. Only now has my eyesight been a problem and so with a surgery imminent in my left eye for cataracts I am particularly grateful to Natalie, optician extraordinaire, who, with professionalism, cutting edge knowledge, and a kind, friendly and polite manner I have been guided and reassured. She has also been prompt and thorough in getting me on the surgery waiting lists with letters to the consultants. Thanks to my right eye being good I have been reassured on several occasions I am still fit to drive. Natalie has been an absolute God send at this difficult time as prior to this my eyesight has been pretty good. I cannot recommend Specsavers in Shandwick Place Edinburgh enough. All the staff are very friendly and kind and the testing equipment is cutting edge too. Thank you Shandwick Place branch. My go to place since the 90s and in particular to their star optician Natalie. Natalie?s understanding and intelligence is second to none. And her English is PERFECT! ?? I hope the Specsavers Management recognise a 5 star team and remunerate them accordingly. A great asset to the Specsavers company ?????????????????????????????

In Edinburgh and specs a bit loose. Popped in and had really prompt and friendly service. Specs sorted and on my way in 10 minutes.

I had my first-ever eye test, and I?m so glad I came here. Dr. Maria was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. They performed every test slowly and carefully, checking my eyes from every angle without rushing. I truly felt they cared about my health and comfort. After all the tests, I was so relieved to learn my eyes are perfectly healthy. The whole experience left me feeling relaxed, reassured, and grateful. Thank you for such an amazing service!

The eye tests were carried out with care and in an elaborate way by professional opticians. There were a wide range of frames to choose from and expert advice was provided in choosing the right type of specs. The store was clean and tidy. The appointment and delivery of specs was well managed.

I would recommend Specsavers Sandwich Place for an eye test. They give you an exceptional test can't fault it in any way. Staff are excellent friendly & professional

All the staff that helped me in my visits were very helpful and friendly. Would rather go here again for the next time I need glasses rather than any other branch I've gone to!
