Came for boozy brunch, got served by EVE who was great, very friendly and attentive.

We have booked the table for the friday, however when we arroved very, very rude witer told us that we do not have the reservation although we have showed him the confirmation. He had no problem with lying into our faces. There was something free tables, we even took something pictures of them. The waiter like to loose money for the company. Their lost, Boom facility wins. They do not want to have customers.

Waited a while in queue discuss seating with my small dog in my arms, got to front of queue and was told it would not be appropriate to have a dog inside because the staff believed it was too busy, even though more than half of the place was empty. Unclear if it was a preconception with me and my wife, or with my dog, but the place is marketed as dog friendly. Will not be returning and will suggest they remove "pet friendly" signs because they are certainly not!
