I came with an absolute random question and I got four members of staff involved to try to find an answer. All of them were really nice and helpful and smiling!

Lovely people. Helpful and trustworthy, they'll always have (or make) the time for you and if there happens to be a wait or you just need some warming up, a complimentary Tea or Coffee is always available to you.
