Staff are so unfriendly and will side eye each other if you ask for help. Don?t know if this is a problem with management but the staff are horrendous. Please avoid shopping here at all costs, will leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Staff show 0 interest in helping, and just stood chatting to one another instead. Felt like an inconvenience to ask for my size. I left and went to Office instead.

Been to the shop to try and buy a trainer, music was very loud and I was nearly shouting to be heard. I told to staff politely to turn the volume down. They did a little for a few seconds but next song it was even louder. I left the store immediately. Disappointing experience. It's not a partying space for staff.

Calvin is really the best as he has accommodated us well when we visited Size? here at Edinburgh.
He even gave us insights on what could possibly the best shoes as to style and comfort.
To top all the experience, Calvin, Kez and Alex were superb!!
Job well done guys!!! We end up buying 2 pairs of shoes

It was so nice to shop in a store like this as Calvin, Alex and Kez are equally friendly and accommodating.
They made sure we are choosing the most suitable shoes and kept on asking how comfortable they are.
They also recommended some shoe brands that speaks highly of comfort.
The experience was totally a great one.
Thanks Calvin for patiently bringing out the shoes we want to try on!

I bought a pair of shoes that were on the top of my 2025 list from this shop. I was served by Calvin, who was extremely knowledgeable and an awesome guy. I will definitely be back again.
