The receptionist are not capable of doing their job properly. Always missing medication or appointment not being recorded properly. GP needs new management

I have been a patient here since I was a child. It has gotten worse over the years. I think this is due to the receptionists. I have been without my medication for 2 weeks due to being messed around by them. They are very incapable of doing their jobs. Very rude, also. This comes to their phone manors as well. I called today for 2 hours and waited in line on the phone. the queue was getting shorter. within 1 hour I was 11th in the queue instead of 19th. Then I went to the GP because unfortunately my phone was still hanging and I couldn't contact him. When I got there, it turned out that the GP was closed.
