Poor customer service with misleading pricing for their deals. Sales assistant was more interested in speaking to his colleague than fixing signage that was in the wrong place.

Absolutely dire customer service! We stopped here to fill with AdBlue at the pump. When the pump didn't work, I went to ask for assistance, to be told that I had to leave a credit card with them while I filled up. Then, returning to the wee window, I'd been pointed to earlier to pay I was signalled to walk round and into the store to pay and get my card back.I also advised them that someone was struggling to use the air machine and was rudely told that the person should come and ask themselves for assistance.Rude, obnoxious, and overpriced.Definitely wouldn't visit unless you are absolutely desperate!

Absolutely diabolical. 3 coffee machines alarming, staff behind till, and 1 member of staff on floor who didnt have a clue. Asked for cups, was given a costa cold cup for a coffee!!! None of the machines were working anyway!! Place was filthy, rubbish everywhere, all bins outside were overflowing. Awful experience, ? such a shame, used to be a great handy stop off. Wouldnt visit again.

Avoid if poss. I bought petrol. Paid by card. Days later I received a letter from company called VARS listing me as Drive Away. Not my fault if person on till was too busy talking and I assume didn't press the correct button. Now causing inconvenience as I have to find out what exactly happened.

The person behind the counter was on their phone while i was walking up to them and continued to stay on their phone while I was waiting for my items to be scanned. I bought a panini and expected it to be heated up for me but it was not. It was a very unpleasant experience I expected more.

Went in here to use the toilet as I have IBS and had diarrhoea and once I was finished there was no toilet roll to be seen anywhere. I am lucky I had a paper tissue in my bag or I don?t know what I would have done, left feeling dirty as I couldn?t clean myself properly. There was plenty toilet paper on the floor and it was filthy from whoever had used it last. Clearly not being cleaned properly. Won?t be using that one again
