I went into the shell and asked for elf bar refills and the man pointed me to the ones on the left of the counter and I asked ?is that the Elf bar ones? and I said it clear as day and he still said yea so I got them and when I left I opened it and realised they didn?t fit so I went back to complain cause he sold me the wrong thing after falsely telling me they were right now this guy singh is his name he said well it?s your own fault because you chose it and now it?s open I can?t take it back. That?s incorrect tho cause he said it was the right one. Honestly the least he could have done is took responsibility for his actions instead of denying what he did. Waist of money honestly just get robbed in the shop

Hello team Shell, I've made many calls directly to your station and no answer. My reason for calling is needed phone charged to which a member of staff gladly did which i very much appreciated that, I believe I accidentally left an Aldi bag containing health and exercise supplements along with an impression dental kitt on the morning of Sunday 5th of February 2023, Ive not had the chance to call in to the business and inquire and I ask please can you give me information maybe check video that I may or may not have left it. 1 pound for air seems a bit rich for air (filling a flat tyre) compared to others, how about free air etc if your filling up with fuel??I know I come from a place that doesn?t charge for air or water, but?
