Being in Edinburgh on Sunday 09/02/2025 I filled up with fuel for 20f V-Pover at Shell Leith 7 Seafield Road station. EH6 7LE. Pump number 2 ....... And being in Glasgow my reserve light came on the day before I filled up at another Shell Edinburgh at Bypass also for £20 I returned from Edinburgh to Hamilton and the next day I arrived in Edinburgh without even having a reserve. Two different stations, two different fuel qualities. In my many years of driving and filling up at various Shell stations I have never had such a situation. For me it is clear that the fuel is mixed with something after driving the section from Edinburgh to Glasgow the reserve light came on immediately this is very strange and suspicious to me!!!

Zero customer service only a very aggressive staff named Jack who told me he is the petrol station manager.
I paid 1.50 for the pressure but mashine doesn't work.
I went to the shop to ask for a refund but he said you need an email for a refund.
I asked for the email and he answered the email is on the machine.
I checked out the machine but no email on.
Again come back to the shop tell him the email is not on mashine and he said that is not my problem and is only £1.50 and started be very aggressive and told me go out from the shop or I call the police.
After I tried to call the shop but took the phone the same person and again was very aggressive.
How can such a person work with people if he cannot control his behaviour towards the customer?
Now need to make a formal complaint to take my money back and report to the consumer right.
This person has no visible name tag and rank!!! When I asked I want to speak to your manager he said I am the manager.
I used to visit this station 3x4 per week but I won't in the future.
According to the reviews, I'm not the only one to whom something similar happened.

I used to use this garage for many years so I could get v-power but over the years the money I've lost to their constantly broken jet washes and the unpleasant nature from some of the staff I just stopped.
Went in today as the car was filthy and for no reason the person who served me just seemed grumpy and sarcastic. I don't go there to make friends but whoever he was needs basic lessons in customer service.

Please don?t go! Very bad experience. We had to paid 2 pounds for a vacuum that did not work: getting refund was not possible, whereas the owner knew that it was not working. No help provided by the person in charge.
Feels like we have been stolen.

This jet wash is not user friendly, and the experience is very poor. I won?t use it again! It?s misleading and has very low pressure.Do not think that setting the jet wash to the ?STOP? position will stop the timer. There is a lot of small writing to go through if you?re going for the first time. However, with a queue of cars waiting after me, I didn?t go through it and washed about 3 minutes out of 6, then placed it on ?STOP? as it was covered in foam and wanted to use just the brush. However, after using it for only 2-3 minutes, I tried to use the rinse function, but surprisingly it seemed to not work anymore. I explained this to the gentleman at the till who said that the timer doesn?t stop even if I put it on ?STOP?. As such, I had to pay another wash so I can rinse my tiny car (Peugeot 108!). While rinsing, the pressure was very low and didn?t manage to do it properly. I?ll definitely never use this place again. It?s a joke!I just cannot understand why such poor service. I guess I used Shell for too long.

I went to the gas station today to clean the car and the vacuum cleaner didn't work at all, I told the lady. It has come out, it has pretended to clean it, it works now. But it still didn't work and they didn't want to return the 2 pounds, just for 2 pounds, they're going to lose a horrible customer, I'll never clean the car there again.
